Ordered skates, and 1 day after received an email from support that skates are out of stock. I received refund a couple of days after. Overall, I can say that people in support are nice and helpful. For sure, it's a pity that they do not update stock availability on the site

I got a confirmation that i bought figureskating skates and I got info in my Swedish tracking app that my parcel is on the way but it cannot be tracked until it arrives in Sweden. That was 11days ago, nothing happened than that.I contacted skate@sea a few days ago and haven't got any answer. So right now I don't have skates and don't have any contact to the company. Cannot recommend to buy there.

I then received an email on the 6th Dec to say " Hi i was just out of it. so it is ordered. i hope i can send it you very soon. when i know some more, i will let you know beste Renards Olivier" Not impressed

I have used skate@sea a few times. Their products are priced very well, and top quality. The only bad thing is how long it takes to get my order. I am not blaming the company for shipping time because I am ordering from another country… I’m just like a kid waiting for Christmas!
