Good quality food. Reasonably easy website and friendly delivery people, who let you know when they will be coming within reasonable timings, so you are not hanging about waiting!

I had a txt about a discount offer ending shortly so I went onto the website and ordered what I wanted and collected it the next day. Whilst in the shop I picked up a Moussaka which was on 20% off for that week. Very good quality of food, the best ready meals you ever wish for at a reasonable price for a tasty night off.

Really nice meals and lovely delivery drivers. However I'd love to see more options for dairy free and gluten free meals, it seems most of these meals are curries or spicy. I wish they used dairy free snd gluten free substitutes in their meals as I don't wish to eat spicy each time. It'd be nice to have more dairy free desserts as well.

The large choice of meals for the person living alone, also for the delivery to my kitchen table, not left just inside my front door, very useful for the disabled.

I was disappointed to be given a meal that was covered in ice crystals and told that was to be expected when it was frozen! It was replaced when I said that was what happened in my own freezer if it had been there a while! Not what I expect from a reputable frozen meal retailer.

As always,delivered on time and I now have some lovely meals in the freezer to save me cooking when I don’t feel like it. Which, to be honest, is everyday. Thank you.

I have brought food from Oxted shop the first day it was open.I keep my freezer well stock up.it's so handy for one on they own.
