Excellent service and excellent food

We shopped at the Taunton store and would like to say the staff were excellent very helpful and knowledgeable so thank you 😊 We were buying for a large family meal we purchased lasagne for 8 and a fish pie for 4 also pate and a carrot cake very moist 🎂 everything was delicious 😋 so thank you will be purchasing again.

Lovely meals without all the hassle!

I now order my whole Christmas lunch from Cook every year, after trying the whole caboodle 4 years ago and being soo impressed! From the easy to cook items from frozen, to the beautiful, tasty and moist turkey I took out of the freezer 48 hours in advance of 25th, (check your own sized frozen turkey to see the length of time it needs defrosting) to the step by step timing guide provided. And there's only clean plates to wash up afterwards! I can't praise Cook enough. Thankyou all guys!! xxx

Christmas dinner - our second year, which says a lot. Really happy with the ordering process (could edit order which was useful when more family made plans to visit). The one thing I’d request to make it better would be timings for those who are eating from two menus. It felt like programming a NASA rocket trying to work out timings for a turkey lunch and vegetarian wellington to be served together. We can’t be the only family who have a mix of diets to cater for. Otherwise very happy but less stress on Christmas would be appreciated!
