This was my first time ordering with CoffeeHouseExpress. I changed from my long-time supplier because it no longer carried hotel-pouch coffee, but only Kuerig, which is too expensive for my B&B operation. I received notification of the shipping of the order within a couple of hours. The two parcels were strapped together, meaning that I saved $ (my receiver charges by the number of parcels or cartons received on my behalf.) I have not yet sampled the coffee, but Cuisinart has been my go-to coffee maker machine of choice for almost two decades. I am sure it will be good. High marks to CoffeeHouseExpress.com!

I chose you as your free shipping was inviting and your minimum cost for that was $15. less than the company I was using before. I did have an issue with Fed Ex going to the wrong address and delaying my delivery from a Friday am until Monday afternoon which was irritating, but not your doing of course. Like supporting a business in Cleveland!

-I am only addressing K-Cup products. -Ease of selecting and ordering is the best I've experienced on the web. -K-Cup unit prices are the lowest I've ever found on the web unless you want to purchase very large quantities of the same coffee. I like variety and not the same thing over and over again. -I would like to see the available selection vary more frequently. I have noticed the addition of three Starbucks products, but they are priced so far above the other brands that I am not even slightly interested.
