I really like the coffee. It always tastes good and the shipping is very speedy. It is a very high minimum to qualify for free shipping. I dislike ordering and storing 4-6 months woth of coffee just to get the free shipping.

I placed my first order of four different coffees and one of the four was not what I ordered. They sent decaf instead of regular. Called today and they are sending the right one free of charge.

I ordered Higgens and Burke Earl Grey Tea and received Bigelow Earl Grey. To many that would be no big deal, butt this is a brand that I seak out, and I didn't get what I ordered. Also, I had it shipped to an adress where I can receive parcels, it was shipped to the billing address, where I later had to go pick up my product elsewhere. I am have ordered before, with no problem whatsoever, but was very disappointed this time around.

I was very pleased to find CoffeeHouseExpress after my experience purchasing pod coffee from other sites. CHE doesn't make you buy multiple boxes as a bundle, but allows one to, for example, choose a single 18 count box of a given coffee type. This enabled me to purchase several different types at once, yet in doing so not wind up with a truck load of coffee all at once. They have an excellent selection and at very competitive prices. The delivery was fast, and I was kept updated with my order status. I'll be ordering my next batch from CHE for sure.

We had been looking for tomato cup of soup for a good while so I thought of looking online for it. Thank goodness you had it. My husband likes to mix the vegetable & the tomato cup of soup together for a quick snack.
