My CCTV stopped working when the existing HDD failed, after a search on line I found Connect UK offered the best price for a suitable replacement. The new CCTV HDD arrived on the day promised, well packaged and was put into service within minutes of it arriving, all in all very good service.

I was looking to upgrade my DVR from a simple EzViz setup to something a little better. Whilst after some research the HiLook DVR208U looked to suit my needs was alas in stock no where. Connectec ehere the cheapest snd had a email me when back in stock option. A few weeks later i got the email and where still the cheapest around. Purchased a replacement Pyronix Enforcer alarm system which arrived on specified day. Alarm panel had a faulty WiFi card and was exchanged without any issues. The technical support was great and helped me diagnose an issue with a wired PIR. I couldn't ask for a better service especially given that we were in a lockdown. Perfect!
