Bought a hikvision nvr and two turret camaras cat5e cable and clips delivered next day well packaged no issues i am new to cctv setup rang the help line two minutes later had pictures he also went through the settings for best picture quality cant thank them enough excellent service from start to finnish plus peace of mind they are a phone call away if i have any issues in the future.

One time i wanted a camera with a different lens that I knew Hik-vision did so I called them and they told they could do it, they updated their website and I ordered online. bought some camera brackets after a short web-chat with one of their advisers. Delivery was within the specified time slot. On receiving the delivery, found one was missing a part. Another quick web-chat had that sorted and the replacement part was delivered the next day. Great service from a friendly sales/customer services team. Would recommend to anyone. Well done guys.

Let me start off by saying that I am not a trades man. Just a normal DIYer wanting the best products but trying to save myself so money by installing this myself. These guys are the best suppliers in the UK. Firstly, they are priced extremely competively. If would say from my google searching I could not find anyone cheaper for Pyronix items. Secondly, the aftersales team - Paul, you are an absolute legend and major Guru when it comes to the Pyronix Enforcer - are amazing. They took my calls on numerous issues that I had. And I have to say that these issues where of my making and not of Connectec or Pyronix. I intend to purchase some add ons for this alarm and I don’t intend to use anyone other than Connectec. Thanks for making everything so easy for me.

2 orders - same great service - paid for next day - arrived as expected.

Purchased a doorbell camera which was £20 cheaper than anywhere else and a couple cameras which were significantly cheaper than amazon. Free next day delivery, very happy. The doorbell camera did drop by another £5 a couple days after i bought it, so i missed out there.
