Great product, delivery was the issue. £4.95 for DPD was expensive. I placed my order on the Saturday and received it on a Wednesday. I’d have expected it quicker for the delivery fee.

First time purchaser…wont be the last! A friend has waxed lyrical about Oddballs and I thought I would give them a try. I tried several different products and the ladies boxers and bamboo boxers are unbelievably comfy (thanks also for doing larger sizes). I had reason to email the customer service team and they sorted out my query quickly and efficiently. Am now a subscriber. Thanks for great products.

Didn’t think to check returns policy before I ordered… well that was a d*ck move on my part. Ordered 3 sets of boxers for my fella. They arrived, I opened the main package then opened each individual package to check what was sent. First thoughts were that the material felt awful and the sizing was HUGE. Hard to see that online… just saying. Sent them back as per instructions I had to email to get and just been advised they can’t accept the return because I opened the package. Which is ridiculous. I think that needs to be made A LOT more clearer when ordering, as if I had seen that clearly upfront I wouldn’t have taken the risk. Awful returns policy - awful customer service. And from the little I saw before I folded the boxers back up and put them pack in the package a AWFUL product. What a complete waste of my money & time.

Excellent customer service with outstanding products!! Bought a pair of Doddie Weir boxers and briefs with a bobble hat for the 6 Nations and loved them straight away! Easy decision to order 6 more pairs of boxers!! Oddballs will now be my go to for my underwear!!

There size only isn't true as I bought a matching set for my wife and it didn't fit not worn and sent back was refused a refund used these a few times with no issues now forget it not helpful at all

Great underwear at great prices! Since a family member introduced me to oddballs its all I wear now! Even got the subscription for the bamboo underwear (it’s a must btw) and now I’m racking up my own collection of oddballs underwear. Can’t recommend enough!

Great product that fit perfectly, very comfortable the sizes are spot on. The patterns are striking, I guess that's why they're called Oddballs. Definitely recommend them.
