Disappointed with size of cup part of bra!

After purchasing a set of female underware I was shocked to be told that I was unable to return them as they were sent out in your “new” hygiene bags. This I understand but how am I to know the size is not suitable unless I open the bag to see!! I am now stuck with something no good to me and a waste of money spent……

Good company, but sizing a bit off. Thought the underwear were nicely made and even buying a size bigger than my usual, it was still riding up after a few hours worn. A pity, as lots of women do have a bum, and I can’t never understand why they make the cut a bit too narrow on sides of back of the underwear?
