Although I'm sure it's not oddballs themselves more Royal Mail who have marked my order as delivered 30th January abd as of 9th February, I have not received my order. They've shown a photo of my package but it doesn't show where it was left so this is no way proof of delivery. I'm disappointed as its a gift for Valentines day which I'm sure won't be resolved now by the 14th. More importantly, I've paid nearly £19 with nothing to show for it. I've emailed Oddballs and am awaiting a reply. I will escalate it with PayPal if the need arises. Hopefully i will have the items resent or receive a refund.
