Never got order information, my product just came randomly.

My 5 & 7 year old grandkid were needing larger underwear.So your prominent pants I thought they would like.Yes they where a Big hit.psychedelic said the 7 year old👍👍

I was so excited to order this item and give it as a gift.... however Sizing issue needed to return and purchase next size down. The company's response was if the item has been delivered in the new paper bags and this has been opened then item can not be returned. 1. How are you going to check product if you do not open it. 2. No where do it say before opening that item can then not be returned. Now stuck with a gift which is not of any use. Not impressed.

Easy selection fast delivery

Products are great, slight downside was that though Oddballs notified that the product had been shipped within a couple of hours of ordering, it took several days for the parcel to get into the Royal Mail system, this resulted in the “48 hour” service I paid for resulting in a delivery almost a week later. I’m not going to reduce the score (as I’m giving the benefit of doubt on this first order), but I will next time I order if there’s a significant delay.
