1st class company, fast friendly service, cheaper than I expected for solar panels birdproofing. The fitters travel all over the country and are very helpful. Highly recommend.

Due to the nature of where our solar panels are, we had to wait for suitable weather to minimize risk to the installers. December's weather was miserable, so we did have to wait until it co-operated. But throughout that waiting time the admin staff were in constant communication which made us feel as though we were a priority for installation when the weather finally turned in our favour. When the weather finally did change for the drier, the installers came the first possible day, and were quick and efficient with the installation. We couldn't be happier with the service provided. Thank you very much to all the staff at British Bird Control.

The two guys that completed the bird proofing for my solar panels were ANGELS! They were on time, they called in advance with an update. Excellent communication, tidy and incredibly professional! I can't recommend highly enough!! Thank you for your fabulous work.

It was so good to speak to a real person in the first instance, and to receive a quote straight away. BBC's customer relations and communications are excellent, keeping me updated every step of the way. The two gentlemen (Father and Son I believe) were an absolute pleasure to have working here, and they did a superb job with the pigeon prevention installation. My husband returned home later and was very impressed and very pleased at the quality of the work carried out. I would happily have them back if we needed a replacement one day or even refer them and BBC to friends, family or neighbours without reservation. Thank you very much.

It's difficult to speak too highly of my experience with British Bird Control. From my first enquiry to the job being completed the customer service was excellent and the men who actually carried out the work, Dan & Keaton, were first rate: personable, professional, friendly and engaging. Although the installation was only completed yesterday, based on my experience to date I have every reason to believe that IF there are any issues going forward, they will be dealt with speedily and positively which is why I can recommend "British Bird Control" as being a trustworthy, customer focussed organisation.

Excellent service, time and date kept to the minuet. Chaps very friendly, polite and looked very smartly dressed considering the ladder work was quite high and the clearance of the feral pigeons was not the most pleasant task. We are very satisfied with the work carried out by this company and can recommend to anybody with a feral pigeon problem.

They did a fantastic job solving the problems with the pigeons nesting under our solar panels. Gareth from British Bird Control was friendly, helpful, and professional from the start when we first got a quote, through to when the job was done. The team who came and installed the anti-bird cage around the panels were on time (in fact they came early!), worked really fast, and we couldn't be happier with the work done. We're pigeon free! And I love the fact the work is backed up with a warranty. Highly, highly recommended.

Excellent service. I received quick responses when I asked for a quote or other information. I was kept updated regarding the date/time of installation and everything went according to plan. I wasn't in for the installation and when I came home the job had been completed satisfactorily with no disturbance or mess. This is a very professional organisation who are proactive, polite and were a pleasure to work with.
