From start to finish the process was very efficient. The 2 men who fitted the mesh were polite, did a good job and left the area very clean and tidy.

The team from British Bird Control were very efficient and professional. We understand they were working under difficult conditions, having to social distance from us but managed it very well. We are very pleased with the results and, so far, the pigeons have stayed away.

No problem with birds under the solar panels, well at least now there isn't. The mess, the noise and the smell was dreadful, let alone any potential damage being caused to the roof by the nesting pigeons. Thankfully after a bit of Googling I found British Bird Control. They were the only provider of this service to call me back within the day. Performed the assessment by phone calls and shared photos, then only after being confident they could help, made the booking. The team are so efficient, they managed to bring our appointment forwards 2 weeks and the guys (Tom and Callum) who performed the work to remove them and put up the caging to prevent future incursions, did so quickly, diligently and were very polite. I highly recommend working with British Bird Control team if you are having a bird disturbance.

The fitters telephoned in advance to give an expected time of arrival. They were full of energy no wasted time just got on with their job. Again they explained the service in full and described their procedures in detail. they were efficient and worked clean. They followed corvid secure processes throughout and were a credit to the company.. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I don't usually write reviews but I have been so impressed by the service given by this company I wanted to share my opinion. The two young men who carried out the work were very friendly and professional and took care to clean up carefully before they left our property. Our solar panels are now clean and pigeon proof and that is a huge relief after suffering with these pests for some time. I would highly recommend this firm.

Took quite a while to get a confirmed date for the work - not really surprising in the current situation. The 2-man team that did the work arrived when expected, and got on with the job without fuss. They worked on through rain until it was finished, took photos to show their handiwork, and departed. No mess left behind at all. Thanks for a good job well done!

Excellent service. British Bird Control did a very neat installation. They kept me well informed about when they would carry out the work and the team called on the morning of the installation toilet me know their planned arrival time. They arrived at the time stated and wer very polite, friendly and professional. They explained how the work would be carried out and completed in exactly two hours. As agreed when I booked the work they installed a chimney cowl that I had purchased at no additional cost. The work was also competitively priced. It's great not to be woken up every morning by the Jackdaws that were nesting behind the panels. Many thanks.

After researching on the internet I contacted three companies for a quote. From my research I knew I wanted a quality installation and as I have ridged pantiles not all systems are suitable. The first company auto quoted through its website based on the number of solar panels, the second by email and much cheaper than the first - I initially was going to place the order. I then contacted British Bird Control and was so impressed by the research they undertook on my property before quoting - knowing the lay out and orientation of my roof and solar panel and roof tiles. The treatment of the roof after clearing the nests that they undertake was not mentioned by the other companies. The customer service was quick, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. When the two installers arrived they were friendly, respectful and efficient. They cleaned up everything before they left. I very rarely post reviews but I do rely on them so I thought I would post this. If your looking for a quality installation provided by a professional, efficient and competitively priced company then I unreservedly recommend British Bird Control. I know this is a glowing review and it is well earnt! I have no connection whatsoever with this company.

Today Callum and Tom, all the way from Birmingham, came to deal with the pigeons who were living under my solar panels and install mesh around them. Both young men were polite and efficient and organised. No contact necessary according to the lockdown.
