Great service, great glasses at a great price for an Australian made product from an Australia based company with a social and environmental conscious. As a bonus, the glasses attract lots of compliments. Looking forward to more stores in Brisbane as getting to West End is not super convenient.

For a discount product these glasses fit the bill. I have the lenses I need in frames which can handle the knocks of my trade workshop. And when needed I can get ore without breaking the bank.

My only concern was the fitting of the frame. Lenses great but frame was initially very loose. Now still a bit loose.

I was given 2 glowing reports from friends on Dresden, I went to the Chapel St Windsor store, the staff were friendly and helpful, chose my size and colour, ordered the multifocal, I picked them up about a week later, no drama’s, best of all great price, very pleased and would recommend.

Great quick service, 15 minutes from arriving in the store to leaving with my new glasses on my face!

The shop assistant was very unhelpful even though I mentioned at the start when I came in that I'm a first time customer and had no idea of the concept of the store. I had to continually ask her questions trying to understand of what can be achieved and possible options.

The staff were helpful and I was provided my glasses within 15 minutes. I was very happy with my experience with Dresden Vision.
