Ordering on the website was very straightforward. The delivery was very good as well, no complaints. I however ordered about 6 hampers in total over Christmas and I feel that the contents are a but small (in value) in comparison to the money paid. Too little inside for the price paid. I guess you are paying for the basket, packaging and delivery in that case.

The item came within the notified time. Looked nice but the issue was the box it came in. It did not look as impressive as I was expecting and was let down by poor construction. The sliding lid did not move until we got a pair of pliers on it and managed to wiggle it open. Not something that I would expect the recipient to of the gift to be doing. Ended up having to sandpaper the wood quite a bit to allow it to slide on and off by hand. Inside the sweets were nicely boxed off.

Great hampers. Used to send to our clients at work and never disappointed. Always got a great feedback so decided to send to my friends this year and they loved it. Can definitely recommend!
