Just received a Christmas eve hamper from this Company. Fist thing is the cheese is not in the hamper it's separate with little or no room to place it inside. The amount of product you get for your money is a bit of a joke, considering the amount they charge. All I would say is you may want to consider your options before you buy from the Company. I will never again, nor could i ever recommend them.

I have used regency hamper many times will continue to use them as they provide a good service. Easy to order, deliver on time , value for money.

We have been ordering xmas hampers from Regency for many years. Order is £2k plus a year. Every year they send the large hampers in flimsy cardboard outer boxes, every year we have to add our own tape to be able to lift them. I complain, they apologise. This year , they (all 3 of the large ones) fell out of the boxes in the road as the courier carried them. Why deal with a company that think so little about customer satisfaction they cant tape up a box ? Answer- i dont have to deal with them

First time using this company and i am very pleased, hampers, 7 in total, all arrived quickly. Beautiful baskets and contents are just perfect.

This was sent as a gift to my son and daughter-in-law for their wedding anniversary. They were delighted with it. It was delivered when promised and I liked the selection of goods in it.

Our friends were pleased with the quality of the hamper contents. The hamper was delivered on the date requested. We were pleased with the phone service when there was an issue with the bank automatic payment authorisation system for our online payment.

The ordering, selection and delivery at relatively short notice was second to none. The recipient was delighted with the hamper delivered for a special occasion. It seems every detail was taken into account for the delivery which was bang on time. Well done all concerned.

Even though the hamper I purchased for my mothers birthday arrived looking like it had been kicked around like a football , tore open , had missing items and out of date cheese in it the reason for my 5 stars is because of customer service I emailed them straight away with photos . They replied promptly with an apology , the state it arrived in was due to the courier fedX but the out of date cheese was their fault and even though the damage and missing items wasn’t down to the company themselves they have provided me with a full refund which most companies wouldn’t do so thank you for your quick response and help . I will order other items in the future as I believe this was just an unfortunate mishap

Although my husband was happy with the Hamper. I was not happy with the delivery service it was due to arrive between 11.30. and 12.30 I stayed in until 3 when I had to go out it arrived at 6.45pm and my CCTV shows that it was thrown over my 6 ft gate the man never pressed the intercom I paid £99 for this hamper I would have wanted it to be handed to me.

Disappointed with the fruit provided. The bananas were old didn't look fresh. The basket looked empty. The cost of £72.00 after a discount was not worth it. However after contact with Regency Hamper, they quickly rectified the matter and sent another hamper. They also sent a picture of the hamper to cement their high standards. Thank you for your speedy customer support.

I needed to send a gift to the UK for a new baby and family.The Quality and choice was perfect. The process of ordering and paying was very easy. Being able to personalise the gift with embroidery on a baby blanket was what made me select this company. The quality of gift which arrived was outstanding.
