I was looking for 24 hampers at very short notice and although the website suggested there might be no stock, the employee in the online chat, went out of their way to help me. The conclusion was that I had 24 hampers of my choosing dispatched and delivered to 24 different addresses on 23rd December which was within a week of my order.

Bad customer experience. They delivered 8 days later and blamed FedEx that it got damaged and had to replace it. Meanwhile no communication, and no apologies. They didn't inform anyone. I found out because the client never received their hamper. They don't care about you as a customer!
