I've ordered from Regency Hampers several times in the last few years, and have always been pleased with the products and the service. I have also recommended the company to others, who have ordered and had a good experience. As usual, I placed my order for Christmas hampers to be delivered to four separate addresses, in good time for Christmas and received confirmation emails on 18 November to say my hampers would be delivered on 19 and 20 December as requested. Unfortunately, there were problems with the delivery of three of the hampers, but only one issue was a mistake on the part of Regency Hampers; the problems with the other two deliveries were due to very poor service by FedEx. Although I understand mistakes can happen - and online companies, couriers and Royal Mail are under incredible pressure at this time of year (with or without postal strikes!) I was extremely cross because initially, I was given two completely conflicting reasons on why my order had not been fulfilled - neither of which made much sense to me. As the hamper that had not been despatched was a 'custom gift' it looked likely that some of the items I had spent a lot of time choosing may have to be substituted, because it was so close to Christmas. Having ordered more than a month in advance, I was very disappointed and more than a little bit cross! I was assured a replacement hamper would be sent as soon as possible - hopefully with no substitutions. It then emerged that there were issues with delivery of two more of my orders and I put all the details into an email message to Regency Hampers, asking for a response as soon as possible. I hope I was polite, but I was very angry. My email was picked up by William F and we exchanged email messages over the next couple of days. William was absolutely brilliant. There is no need for me to go into the full details in the review, but after a lot of time, patience and effort on William's part, the matter has been resolved. Three of the four recipients have received their gifts. The fourth order was completely messed up by FedEx, and Regency Hampers have done everything they can to rectify the situation and I appreciate the efforts they have made. I'd like to thank Jessica, for her help in re-ordering the 'custom gift', and send special thanks to William F, who must have thought he was dealing with the original 'Ms Angry' when he picked up my first email message! However, I think (hope!) William realised my anger and frustration were aimed at the situation rather than any individual and he did everything he could to put things right. Thank you William and yes, I will be ordering from Regency Hampers again! Happy Christmas!

Order my hamper for a gift to be delivered on 21St December. The hamper was ordered with plenty of time to get to its recipient. No delivery of 21st, 22nd, 23rd now tracking has changed to 28th December. Customer services not very helpful at all, offered me a refund but would not provide a refund until the hamper has been returned from FedEx. First and last order. Very poor service considering they guarantee delivery of the said date.

Really disappointed with the hampers ordered. I had ordered multiple hampers from this company as Christmas gifts and spent over £300. I was mortified when I saw the contents of 2 of the hampers. Half the contents were missing and no substitutes were included. We paid nearly £50 each and had 5 small sized items. All the cheeses were missing. These gifts had been selected specifically for the recipients because of the cheeses. Had I not have seen the contents of these 2, I would never have known. The hampers have all arrived with the packaging over the top so you cannot see the contents. I’m so embarrassed now at giving these as gifts I will now have to buy alternative gifts from a different supplier. I would not use this company again.

Easy to order, good offers with the 20% off. They were ordered as gifts so I haven't seen them myself however I believe they are very nice and I would definitely use regency again.

OUTSTANDING products, delivery and customer service second to none. I ordered a picnic basket and the wrong one arrived. Upon contacting their customer service the correct item was delivered and the wrong item collected. A plate was broken in the basket I ordered, this again was immediately dispatched and arrived the following day. All items are good quality and I would not hesitate in recommending this company to others or using again. I have just ordered a Christmas hamper from them as I am so impressed. 10 out of 10 for regency Hampers

The Hamper came very well presented but was very disappointed at the content. was not worth £50 the bottle of prosecco was not even a full size. We added a full size bottle ourselves along with a few extra bits to fill it out more.
