Having left it a bit late to send hampers to our customers I phoned Regency and spoke a really nice and helpful lady. I gave her the 4 addresses and she promised they would be delivered on a certain day and they were well wrapped up and all the contents intact. We had great feedback about the contents of the hamper I have already made a note for myself for next year, Thank you

Excellent service, & quality hamper

My hamper arrived on the arranged day and initial inspection left me very impressed. The fresh produce was clearly marked to be stored chilled and the other contents looked wonderful. On Christmas day I received a call from the recipient of this gift who was thrilled by every item within the basket and loved the quality and presentation. Thank you Regency.

The service was very good and the hamper pictures were excellent it’s a shame the hamper didn’t match up. I ordered three hampers a Winter Warmer and two Silent Night. The winter Warmer slightly resembled its picture and was barely acceptable. However the two Silent Night hampers costing £40.80 each discounted price were pathetic. By the time all the packing was removed, loads of it we ended up with a small basket containing £13.95 of goodies costed on line. These hampers we’re bought as gifts and I dread to think what the opinion of the gift was. A list of contents is all well and good if you leave out the word miniature which applied to jam, marmalade and the non alcoholic wine wasn’t even wine. These hampers were sold out and their pictures removed. Looking at Trustpilot reviews which I have never trusted you will find so few bad or poor reviews on Regency Hampers it makes me wonder how low some people’s expectations are. Regency you just lost a customer.

The hamper arrived on the correct day. The recipients were over the moon - sent me a picture and it did look great. Will definitely use them again!

Recipient was delighted with their hamper however, having chosen a delivery date plus pre 10:00 delivery time, I was bitterly disappointed that the hamper arrived a day late and at 11:30.

These hampers are absolutely fabulous!! I’ve brought 2 different ones now as presents and they do not disappoint. Highly recommend this company.
