Basket handle had been pushed to one side and was therefore insecure and wobbly. Items had fallen out of the basket and were lose in the celephane wrap.

The hamper was a thank you gift , when she received it she was over the moon , with the presentation and contents , definitely order again .

I really love this site. They have a fantastic choice of hampers and extras that you can add to them. You can also customise your own. The customer service is amazing and they have helped me every time I have had any issues (my side not theirs) promptly. The chat box is very good someone always deals with you and if they cant sort it they will find someone who can. Who doesn't love a beautiful hamper like these, amazing.

I can't comment on the quality of the product as it was a gift for someone else. However the ordering process was very clear and simple and the delivery was excellent. I got an email confirmation when it was despatched. The only improvement would be to have an email confirmation when successfully delivered.

Super fast delivery of the hamper. I found the website annoying because I wanted to change my mind on the contents once I’d put it in the basket but had to start again and delete the first one, it wouldn’t let me amend it. The cost of the actual basket was quite high but that’s what you have to pay when you want to send a hamper that you can’t make yourself. But Regency Hampers are more value for money than a lot of others I checked.

So beautifully arranged and we'll packed. The recipient was elated and all was delivered when scheduled. Thank you so much, I'll be using you guys in the future for all occasions.

Fabulous hampers! I chose to customise this one (have had several excellent deliveries in the past, chosen from the standard range). The choice was spot-on and, as you added to your basket, it told you how much room there was left - very helpful! Delivered on time and beautifully presented. Faultless service!

regency hampers was by far the best web site i researched, affordable, great choice and very easy site to navigate. My order placed ,date of delivery plus a message card instant confirmation of my order. Date of delivery, I received a message that hamper had been dispatched.
