Nice little local store that is great in person. Plenty of options along with sales that'll come around. Just had issues with the online orders, ordered an at the time in stock item and had a tracking number created but it was never shipped because they no longer had it in stock but was never directly informed but was at least given a quick refund when contacting them about it.

Board game pricing can be competitive with other retailers when sales are on - especially if you're around for pick-up. Was able to arrange same-day pickup by calling ahead to see if the game was in stock at this store before buying. The staff also gave a bunch of extra TCG cards they had for free to help prototype a board game concept.

Overall a very good experience with room for improvement. I pre-ordered a set and the website offers little information for tracking these sort of things. For example, it doesn't offer: - release date - expected shipping date - ability to change order to pick-up Fortunately, the team in the store is very helpful and was able to update my order for pick-up. Though it did take three more calls to learn I could pick up my order before the official launch because it counted as a pre-release product. They also don't stock much variety for card sleeves. But hey, room for improvement. Looking forward to buying from Hobbiesville again.

Always there when you need to crack a pack of your favorite TCG universe. They're perfectly located for anyone living in the downtown/centretown area, plus the people working there are nice and helpful. They always have the releases (and pre-releases) on day 1.

Store website layout was easy to navigate. A decent choice to buy cards online and have them shipped to you.

The staff are all really friendly and knowledgeable, they've guided me and taught me different things about different card collections and are always welcoming. Hobbiesville is a place that I feel like I'm always welcome

I’m so happy to have found Hobbiesville . They have a great collection and keep bringing in new inventory every few releases. And they are actually cheaper than other stores. Must go in a cool neighborhood

While they don't have an overwhelming selection of board games, they do keep quite a few of the classics and hot new games in fairly good stock. Their prices are always the best or close to the best around and offer free shipping on purchases of a pretty reasonable amount. Never had a bad experience in the 3+ orders I've had from here!

Love this! Even though I never came to the store physically yet! I bought alot of items already from Pops to TCG Products! Everything arrived to Egypt Safe-and-Sound! Would definitely recommend even if you live Abroad! Had a Problem with my shipping the first time, Dm’ed EDNO himself and he solved everything himslef! Just recently placed an order with hobbiesville for OP05 x6 boxes. took a week and a bit to finally ship and they went with a different shipper then I chose on checkout. FedEx delivered my package and took a photo. When I got home from work there was no package outside my door. So I urgently emailed hobbiesville and it took them overnight to respond. I paid for package protection on my shipment as I always do for my orders from hobbiesville. I have attached there response. Unfortunately I don't have video surveillance on my house but of course I wish I did. However, I find it hard that hobbiesville has just decided to push me away. What is the purpose of root protection? Why do we pay for this? Nowhere? Does it say I need video surveillance for root protection to be applicable? I will be going through my Visa to do a chargeback for this as at this point this is my only option or I am Sol. Has anyone else had this problem with hobbiesville? If so, please get in touch with me... I've also attached a picture of another review hobbiesville responded to about an item being stolen, however that customer did not have route protection whereas I do and I paid $100 to have route protection. This just kind of proves that their root protection is 100% a money grab from customers and they don't honor their loyalty. At this point in time they are not even responding to my emails as I have sent them to since these original emails. Will update this review as this process goes on until it is resolved. BUYER BE WARNED

I have had great and positive experiences with this shop. They are always prompt when answering my questions/inquiries. I have yet to find a place with great pricing and product selection. They are always one of the first places I check for cards. -Juan Dominguez
