United States | 25 August 2024I ordered a shower door through Bath Authority via Lowe's and it all started out ok. Then the door was damaged in transit, then there was a mechanical or technical issue that caused a delay, now there's no tracking information. The damaged door was returned to their warehouse (signed for by A. Jones) but no replacement was sent and I can't reach them to inquire about my $500 order. It's now holding a job (and a check) up and the customer and myself have no idea what's going on. It doesn't help that they don't have a website and the phone number listed on Google for them is disconnected. Why Lowe's does business with them, I'll never know.

United States | 14 July 2024I was impressed at how they cleaned up after installing our new shower. They laid cloth drop clothes down thru out the house on the way to the bathroom as soon as they arrived. I love the material the walls are made of. Very easy to clean. The grab bar is wonderful. Were done by mid-afternoon. Would highly recommend D.J. and Alex. They also left instructions as to how to care for the shower and glass doors. Highly recommend The Bath Authority

United States | 21 June 2024Fast turnaround from the time project was ordered and install which took three days. But it was more important to me that the install was done properly rather than fast. And it was. Gabriel clearly took pride in his work and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. He involved us whenever there was an issue or question. The one problem I would mention is there didn't seem to be a good coordination between the salesman and the installer. Gabriel ran into a couple of issues that could have been handled easier if the salesman had alerted him to them before the job began. But Gabriel took care of them in a professional manner. The bottom line is we have a new walk in shower that is exactly what we were hoping for.

United States | 13 June 2024We met with a salesperson 5/9. We surmise he is no longer with the company, because we could not reach him after the installer arrived 6/5, and we immediately became aware there were issues with what was promised, and what was going to happen. First, we were told it would all be done in one day. I even pressed the salesman on this, as they do a complete demo of the old shower, before installing the new, and ours was three walls and a ceiling full of tile. He assured us the “crew” enjoys demos, and makes quick work of it. Unfortunately, rather than a “crew,” we had one Ione installer, who knew he wouldn’t finish in one day. It took three. Further, we figured with the ceiling demoed, replacing the old, rusty light would be super simple, without having to access the wiring from the attic, so we asked if that would be something the installers could do, if we supplied the replacement fixture. Salesman agreed, and we had him put that in the contract. Unfortunately, our installer didn’t want to do it, and on day two, we saw the ceiling was not demoed, so replacement wouldn’t be an easy fix after all. Seeing our frustration and disappointment, he did take care of demo, but we called an electrician to come on emergency basis, so we could move things along, costing us an additional $225. Mind you, the cost was already almost $13,000. When the electrician saw there was no green board (supposed to be purple, in our case) on the walls, he was shocked, and told us he would stop the whole install. We were shocked too, as we remember the discussion with our salesman being they use purple board, which is similar, and in fact, it is called a few other colors sometimes. When we asked our installer, he said he just uses a thicker, better board, no green, or purple. Sadly, since the contract is not itemized, we don’t know what we really paid for. When it came time to put the shower door on, we saw it was going to be wrong. Again, the discussion with the salesman assured me he had written the order so it would open just the way our old door had. In order to make that happen, the installer basically had to flip the door and frame upside down. Sadly, we didn’t know until we could actually use the shower a day later, how that didn’t work well. Our bath mat and floor get very wet, and the etched words on the glass, which should be upright and at the bottom, are upside down at the top! We also learned, the anti slip bottom is very slippery! Just not good! Lastly, we were to receive a $50 gift card for getting an estimate. I saw the salesman write it down, but he told us he doesn’t handle that, he gives it to the office, and thought it took about five weeks. We’re pretty sure that has not been taken care of, as we have no card. However, since no one from customer service has ever responded on anything from our many messages we don’t know. My husband and I have both left messages, and while a gentleman did call us, he said someone from customer service would be in touch, to work out a resolution to all of this, but…”crickets.”

United States | 26 May 2024Wow! My team of 2 arrived just after 8am and were done by 3! Kenny and his assistant (I am so sorry I am bad with names!) were very personable and professional! My floors were covered and when they were done, with the obvious exception of a beautiful bathroom, you could not tell that they had been there! Instructions were clearly given, and all questions were answered! Highly recommend this company!!!!

United States | 21 May 2024We are satisfied with our new bath/shower combo. The workers were great and got everything done in one day even though we were told it could be a two day job. The only reason for the 4 stars is due to the high pressure sales during the consult. We were told the only way to get a "discount" was if we signed and paid half the same day. We ended up agreeing and it worked out well, but I strongly dislike this tactic to try to pressure people to not shop around. I would advise others to shop around before getting a quote from The Bath Authority so you can make an informed decision.

United States | 01 May 2024I was looking to remove my tub for a walk in shower with a seat. I did some homework by watching videos of what they were going to do. The installers were very efficient and answered an questions I had during the build. I have a smaller bathroom so I couldn't use sliding doors. One thing need they to warn you, until you get to use to using the walk in shower, you will spill water outside the area. I love the textured floor, it might be no slip but I don't feel like I'm going to in there.

United States | 29 April 2024Incorrect handles shipped with the shower doors. No communication with customer service as to eta, otherwise looks beautiful.

United States | 04 April 2024Can I do less than 1 star? If I could I would. I thought Home Depot was the worst company to have done work in my house but Bath Authority came in and said hold my beer. I should have known when their salesman offered a bath job about 3k higher than literally anyone else offered but they pretended to give me the “friends and family” discount which just brought me to everyone else’s price. But I’m getting windows done through Universal windows so I thought it made sense to use associated companies. Guess I’m the idiot. Especially when even people at Universal windows have said not to use Bath Authority. The first set of workers to come came and bad mouthed the other workers that I could have got saying that this is the best crew and everyone else does shady work (nice just what I love to hear). Showed up with the wrong size tub that was 5 inches too small. They then offered to build a wall for my now smaller tub. I obviously didn’t want that who would right? It’s almost like I bought a product and service and wanted the product and service I’m paying for. Well I talk to a manager (Andre I think his name was. He was forgettable at best) who pretends to care and promises the right tub will come in a week even if he has to go personally and get it. Almost a week later and my wife misses a call getting a voicemail saying that the tub will be later than promised. A real man of his word since he wasn’t going to get the tub. Finally another crew of workers come and say they’re here to fix the problems from the other workers. Oh by the way he showed up about 2 hours later than they said they would be there. Which was nice waking up at 7:30am on my day off when I was told the workers would be there at 8am and then they show up at 10am. Then he proceeds to install everything at about the skill level of a drunk toddler. The shower head and faucet are not aligned. The caulking is god awful. Edges are all crooked. And the best part, they broke the tower and gave me a completely different color one (my shower is white the replacement tower is brown) saying they’d be back within a week with the new one. Welp, 2 weeks now and no new one here. They also offered to come down in price. I’ve checked the amount I owe many times and price never changed. Please whatever you do. Go with anyone else. Find a homeless man on the street and ask him to do it. Ask your now dead great grandfather to do it. Any other option will be far better than what they’ve done. I will now have to pay another company to fix this mess and I’ll still have to pay for the train wreck they put in my bathroom. Thanks Bath Authority Update: as of April 9th, 2024. Bath authority immediately responded to my review saying looks like I’m already working closely with their customer service. I am not working closely with their customer service. That’s a lie. I never heard from them. I have called three times and even left a message. No one ever answers and I never get a response. They know how to get ahold of me. They’re maintaining their position as probably worst company you could ever have provide a “service”

United States | 04 April 2024I am so glad I chose Bath Authority for my remodel. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and made the process so effortless. The installer Travis Black knew what he was doing and did an excellent job installing walk in showers in both bathrooms. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Bath Authority.

United States | 28 March 2024Extremely bad experience the sales person lied to us over and over after I asked about upgrades the install took months to get everything so it was overpromise and under delivered. Then I wrote them a check, but they didn’t cash for three months later, and had no explanation for it, don’t do any business with this company. There’s plenty of others out there a lot less money in a better experience.

United States | 17 March 2024They were amazing. The installer Tyler Lentini worked really fast. He was amazing and cleaned after himself even when I asked him not to because I wanted to do it. He was respectful and very funny. Would recommend

They tore out the old shower, ran new plumbing, waterproofed everything, and installed the new shower in under 7 hours! It was honestly incredible! I will recommend this company to everyone I know! And the best part…The end result is stunning!
