Really pleased to have found this platform, good rates of return and reliable monthly payments. I would like more accurate and timely information on loans that have issues, especially when told something will happen and we will be advised, then the date passes and ..... nothing! It's a detail, but work on improving please.

Good website and platform. Yet still sitting on 2500 pounds of money lent in two loans which are breached/in arrears. Once a month a tame statement saying they will contact the lender. Not agressive enough in retrieving lender's money. I would avoid at all costs as there seems to be little interest in retrieving other people's money.

Overall experience flawless. Am a portfolio landlord with a decent experience in BTL. Took a BTL mortgage with Lendinvest in April2019. It was by far the best experience with any lender i had over many years. In June 2019 applied for another BTL mortgage. Paid my "Valuation Fee" (£150). Got a call from my broker the next day that Lendinvest wont be going ahead for valid reasons (propt next to Commercial). I called and had a word with the underwriter and requested for a refund of the valuation fee. After a few hiccups eventually Katharine Ross stepped in. Took prompt action. She was someone who had more solutions than questions. Many thanks to Katherine. Everything was dealt with a high level of urgency and promptness. Sometimes underwriters can also have a bad day at work. Lendinvest are market leaders in the making.

I was really disappointed. I required a simple mortgage and after a fast response to DIP (decision in principle) and good rates. Then after only after they had taken the non-refundable application fee the application process took weeks. In that time I found another lender. I'm annoyed they took my money in the process - it felt very disingenuous. UPDATE: After this review LI got it touch (they use a broker model) and they refunded my application fee directly. Feeling a bit happier.

A very good platform for investing. Easy and well managed website. Would give it 5 Stars if it had an ISA account.
