Ben was exceptionally helpful today. Macs4u tech support is always patient and willing to go the extra distance to make sure my questions are answered and security is current. I purchased my used computer in 2016 and they have yet to treat me any different from day one as a new customer. This business will exceed your expectations when it comes to new and used computers, as well as accessories.

This is the 2nd laptop we’ve bought from Macs4U. One for our son & now one for daughter. These laptops are in excellent condition. We’ve never had any issues with them. I highly recommend. It took almost 2 weeks for the mouse I had ordered to arrive. In the meantime I got repeated inaccurate FedEx messages about where it was and where it was being sent. Your customer service department was very polite and attempted to be helpful but about all they could tell me was it had been scanned incorrectly and hopefully would arrive eventually.

This was my second purchase from macs4u and I was thrilled with my computers both times. They arrived when promised and were in excellent condition, as stated on the site. When my Macbook Air came, I found I needed some help setting it up and transferring everything from my desktop. The tech help I received from Ben at your customer support line was exceptional. He was very patient and even helped me with some other problems I was having due to malware. I would recommend this site to anyone!

A purchased a refurbed MacBook Pro… the service was fine, but I should have done more research regarding differences between my previous MacBook (2011-12) and the new be I purchased… my bad, but perhaps Macs4U can weave in some questions for prospective customers regarding technical difference.
