Staff was super attentive and helpful when I placed the order, and they followed up with detailed info about the shipment. Ordered a fairly new mac pro 13' with i7 dual core, 516GB SSD, with 16GB RAM. Does not look refurbished, looks more like new. It was well packaged and it was quick delivery. Since the black hardshell was free, I ended up ordering that as well.
