Fast shipping, great like new looking units and the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. Received a unit with a sticking key, not only did they send out a shipping box but unit was worked on the same day it was received and returned the same week, with my data intact, even though I was warned I should back it up. Have to see how the machine holds ip, but at this point can only offer praise.

I was so very pleasantly surprised when I opened the box to find what looked like a brand-spanking-new iMac! One would never know it was already five years old as it was in "factory new" condition. Macs4U loaded the operating system that I asked for (Big Sur) and it booted right up. I strongly recommend macs4u for anyone needing a greatly-discounted Mac that still has many years of useful life!

I got my computer quickly. It came in great packaging. It didn't mention what problems the computer might have, with it being labeled "good", I figured there would be cosmetic issues, which there are and they are minor. What I didn't expect was some dead pixels/screen discoloration. I tried to reach out to see if this was how the computer was received initially or if this happened in transit. Regardless, the computer works and that's what I needed it to do.
