And to think I was almost not going to go with Dymo Online - but when I received shocking customer service from a large retailer competitor; I knew that I would take my business here instead. Not only did Dymo staff call me to update me on my parcel, the packaging was super sweet and had lovely little touches. Thank you for considering the customer every step of the way. 10/10 will recommend.

My D1 tape took nearly 2 weeks to arrive Here to SA But then I realised it didn’t Leave your warehouse until a week after placing my order !! Maybe dispatch it a little quicker 🙄 But did like the lollies on its arrival 😋 So I still gave u a good review Keith SA

excellent.There was a problem with Australia Post where the delivery went missing -- the supplier went out of their way to help track the parcel and resolve everything for me really quickly.

Our printer arrived so quickly and it had a lovely personal touch with some complimentary lollies and a cute note. Not what we'd expect with a printer delivery. Love it!

Very efficient service just let down slightly by courier delivery service

No mac software that works with m1 chip, spoke to customer service they couldnt even find the software to download on their website. Emailed me a copy and it doesnt work. Replied to the email requesting further support never heard back.
