It was hard to find what I wanted but I was ably assisted by chat line.

The product was as advertised. I was able to work out how to load them into my old DYMO 1700 and they worked perfectly. Unfortunately the embossed labels didn't properly stick on to my plastic folders. I have now bought a new DYMO 160. The DYMO 160 was more expensive but the labels seem to be sticking better onto the plastic folders.

Order arrived with a Dymo Embosser that did not work properly. I filled in a customer service query and received a call back the same day. Customer service was impeccable. Within a few days, I received a replacement Dymo Embosser in the mail, all working and in perfect condition. Exceptional service.
