Great product, worked immediately out of box. Software is basic - but does all the main formatting layout features you usually need. Nice compact design no excess bulk above being able to print large size labels (~104mm wide). I would recommend for small/medium business usage for sure.

Don't order from these guys. Had to chase down the order when it didn't arrive after 2 weeks.. Ohhh it won't be in stock available until after Jan. (ordered November). Please refund me then.. Still chasing for the money.. TERRIBLE experience.
