The functionality of the Rhino 5200 is great. However I hate the display!!! contrast is terrible, and at times you you can't read the display due to light reflection and the very low resolution of the screen

Took 10 days to get here. When it did arrive, damn courier left it four buildings away. Little old lady called us to let us know.

Purchased a Label Manager PnP; succinctly it doesn't. It is a product not fit for purpose. Contacted Consumer Service and a helpful gentleman sent me through a link, but it has to be set up each time you want to print. Also when you increase font size (I tried 12, 14, 16 and 18) they all print out the same size.

Very disappointed with the wireless dymo it's the 3rd time I have bought various models over the years but this one is the worst. Very patchy connecting to WiFi . When it prints out labels it prints out the labels I want then 10 blank ones. Which is such a waste of money. Very unhappy
