Pleasant customer service over the phone. Loved the lollies too that came with our delivery, a nice touch to an overall efficient shopping experience.

Out of the box the machine did not work properly. I tried both cassettes (I bought a second cassette) and they both printed without advancing the tape thus all the letters were on top of each other. I was about to call for support when I think I pulled the tape a bit, and suddenly it worked on that cassette and then on the other. No further problems were encountered.

Website is so easy to use and you can live chat if you have any difficulties. I like to use the official Dymo labels with my printer and so I always order from these guys.
