Purchased an Equinox Light, only to find it faulty. Got in touch with customer service and put me onto a technical engineer who went through the stages of checking out the system. He instantly agreed that the problem was the Light. He arranged a replacement straight away and pickup at the same time. 10 out of 10

I'd suggest thoroughly browsing their website first as in-store stock on display isn't huge, but anything they haven't got they can get in quickly.
