Great Customer Service, They called to let me know the status of my order. They also stuck to their price promise. I ordered an item that was not in stock. They provided me with a date and did even better by sending it earlier!

Communication was great, item was delivered next day and had dealt with them in the past and and they were very much helpful at that point. Would highly recommend them from my experiences and will be sure to purchase from them again should the needs arise.

Bought some speaker stands from them which arrived damaged. Contacted them about the issue and they arranged for a courier to collect them, and replaced them within a couple of days. Good customer service, thank you.

Purchased a set of speakers. It was in stock when I clicked on the buy it now. However, received only part of the set. I've been told that the sub will be delivered in two weeks time. That was already bad for me as I bought that speaker set for my DJ gigs. To cover that, had to cancel some of them, hire speakers and look for another option as almost 1 month after the purchase, I still don't have it! This is a massive financial loss to me, I'm in big trouble now. On top of that, cancelled gigs put a bad name on me, I'm a beginner DJ and such a start is just devastating.
