Have used DJ Kit on many occasions always received a 5 star service. Two of the items I ordered were on back order which I hadn't seen when I placed my order. DJ Kit phoned me immediately to inform me of this issue. As promised the goods arrived on the time scale I was given. All in all a super service.

Microphones are good clear quality for what I paid for them, however there's a little hiccup on the speaker mounts that I've ordered and that is down to myself plus the picture description,the only downside is having to pay to return the unwanted items. But I always use djkit and will continue to do so

I enquired about an item that was out of stock everywhere but may have had a few units coming in here and there and really didn't expect anything, all other shops had (didn't try and help or look into it) let me down. To my suprise I was given a reply in minutes and was even given a stock allocation amount where no others would do that or didnt know what and when they were getting stock. Amazing communication, fast and helpful and for a while I was thinking somethings got to be wrong here. Not only this but they called me twice to tell me that one had been cancelled and I could have it and another to say it was being dispatched. they could of easily just sent an email. I cant say dont listen to negative reviews because i leave my fair share here and there but from where i sit i think the service i got is second to none and there must be something wrong with anyone else that complains about this place. Very happy owner of a DJM-S-11 oof. Thank you!! P.S I messed up at checkout and they sorted the order/deposit for me when i payed to much. Legends.

I ordered a Pioneer XDJ-RX3 which shipped and arrived overnight as promised, the outer and inner boxes were a little damaged during the shipping process and when I went to use the controller and plugged in my headphones to the 3.5mm jack the sound was badly distorting, I tried various other headphones and speakers and encountered the same problem which was probably a dry joint or loose component. Called them up and they were very helpful, their site said they were now on backorder but they had a spare unit set aside, they said no problem we will ship it out today for you and you will receive it the next day and the delivery driver will pick up the other, I'm used to having to return things before a replacement is even shipped. When it arrived it had an extra cardboard box, stiffeners and bubble wrap, they really went to town ensuring it would not be damaged this time and it works perfectly. Sometimes it takes having a problem with something to really see how professional and good a company is. They will 100% be my first stop for everything I need in the future because I like how they handled and resolved the problem for me and were super quick in replacing my unit. I would give them 5 stars plus and also highly recommend them !!!!!
