After some web searching for good prices, I ordered a "Yamaha Functional Speaker Cover" for a Yamaha bass speaker and a UDG Hard Case for a lighting controller. Both arrived very quickly and were well packed. The hard case was fine but the speaker cover would not fit, despite being listed specifically for my speaker. A phone call followed and I tried again as we both thought it should fit. But no. After some more web searching, we discovered that the djkit web listing was wrong and I'd just been sent the wrong one. An exchange was organised by a very apologetic and helpful Greg. The replacement arrived the next day and the incorrect item was collected at the same time. The replacement cover fits perfectly. They are quite pricey covers but they are really well made and live up to their name as "functional". There is space for wheels (if fitted) and you can use the speaker without removing the cover. Well worth the money. And very efficient service from djkit.com. Even the incorrect website listing was put right within 24 hours of realising it was wrong. Impressive, and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
