Slurp is a wonderful independent Wines & Spirits retailer. I have purchased several bottles of Spirits from them and the experience has been great every time. This last purchase from them however has really cemented them as a quality retailer in my mind. I received an email about their annual Springbank distillery allocation and as they are such a hard product to come by I naturally jumped at the chance. I dealt directly with Lucy and to say she was efficient and cooperative in her dealings with me would be a massive understatement, I will be receiving exactly the order I wanted on Thursday and that is all thanks to Lucy! It shows that Slurp really do value the individual customer and will put in the effort to ensure that customer is satisfied. If I could give 6 stars I would, well done Slurp!

Really pleased with our delivery and price of our recent LP Rosé champagne order. However not full marks due to the fact when I contacted customer services I was greeted with a rather unhappy member of staff to put it mildly. I had a simple enquiry as to the packing and storage temp of our 5 bottles over the weekend as no Saturday delivery with DHL. Anyway hope she is having better days. Will defo keep a look out for Slurps special offers. Thank you Slurp.

Stunning customer service! Really recommend this company. I ordered a bottle of sparking rosé with a gift box for my cousins hen do. I ordered personalised stickers off Etsy to personalise the bottle and box with. The box arrived slightly crumpled (it wasn’t the end of the world ..). However, I emailed the team and the Lovely Shari sent a replacement gift box out straight away as a replacement! Amazing customer service, so speedy and lovely. It’s going to make such a nice keepsake for my cousins hen party. Thanks :)
