Ordering was easy Delivery was quick Wine was good . But expensive. Not good value for money

I made a mistake on an order for next day delivery really close to the cut off time (and I really needed it to be next day), the lady I dealt with (Madelaine), was brilliant and she put me back on track really quickly! If I ever need a delivery again, this is where I'll be coming, 5 out of 5.

I purchased this wine under the assumption it was low / no-alochol. I was wrong.

The service from the Slurp team has been fantastic. The curior said they were unable to deliver my parcel and had left a note but when I checked their tracking it showed a completely different town never mind address although the address was correct. I contacted Slurp and beside being very apologetic (which it was not their fault) the lady contacted the curior straight away to find out what had happened. They followed up on this the next day and kept me fully up-to-date until I got my order. Great customer service I will certainly use them again.

Bottle of champagne was delivered promptly to correct address and well packaged. Only critique would be tjat your give note option is not clearly marked enough in the website- or at least I didn’t see it.
