United Kingdom | 13 February 2025Be Aware this Company are Thief do not even deserve any star there are Thief i regret being with them for many years. They are not Dept Management Plan company they are company they will put you in worst condition that you are. I had a plan already agreed but the charge me 5 month and agreed to pay my creditor over the period by there adviser Micheal . when i receive my statement i notice they made all the payment in one term to the creditor and over charge me 5 times. i call the customer service and spoke to the Customer Service Manager Chris and after listening to the recording he agreed it was there team mistake but still refused to help and asking me the will only refund me there £78 out of £160 they over charge me. i call several time and ask to speak to another manage or complaint team but he just refused and tell me that is the best he can do and will terminate the call now. The next morning i receive a email from Ben who is the Operation Manager telling me he is closing my account due to some silly reason. i reply to him how can someone who have already had a agreed payment plan cancel just 1 month after review and is he trying to cover his company repudiation but he did not answer back. Please don't trust this company this is from someone like you who is struggling and Angel Advance have make my life HELL!HELL! HELL! HELL! HELL! HELL! HELL!

I just wanted to take the time to highlight that and correct my earlier review as is not reflective of the experiences I have had with Angel Advance thus far I would highly also recommend them to anyone.
