Only a few months into my plan but the service has been nothing short of great! Obviously debt problems are a very sensitive and embarrassing subject for most people going through them, the fact that Angel Advance recognises that and communicates, at least in my case, entirely through emails is awesome and just that fact is the entire reason I was able to finally take a step to getting my life back on track. I’ve also had several things I’ve had to raise with them regarding my plan and communication from creditors and each time I’ve sent an email and I haven’t had to wait more than a day for a response. The fees might sound high when you first read them but I personally believe they’re very much worth it for the service you get in return. Very much looking forward to paying off my debt and starting fresh! Highly recommend :)

It was my first time speaking to Katie, she seemed very nice, she didn't say anything to make me feel uncomfortable and talked about why I had messaged them, explained everything well and in a nice way then we arranged a call back for in a few weeks.

Understanding, I don't like speaking on the phone so they spoke to me through email and txt message, it was simple and easy and all creditors agreed to my plan
