I was offered excellent support first by Tracey and then Sean. Both of these people really helped be understand my DMP. They did not judge my circumstances and when I forgot to add a creditor into my list of loans, Sean was more than happy to add it for me. Whenever I had a question, they always provided a answer. Angel Advance's response time, is very quick and if there is a delay then they always inform you. I was able to communicate through email, which is rare as most companies expect you to phone. I'm not great at phone calls, so this put me at ease. Angel provided a affordable and easy payment plan and I look forward to becoming debt free. Highly recommend this company.
