Honestly couldn't ask for a better service. They continuity update throughout the process, of making, packing and posting. The chocolate is phenomenal.

As someone who would always choose savoury over sweet, I have to say this chocolate is immense. The banoffee is out of this world and the Bahama is like eating a Caribbean cocktail. They aren’t cheap, but you get what you pay for and are supporting a small business instead of a greedy corporation. Plus, they all seem like lovely people over on their Instagram stories. Highly recommended.

Was a bit put off to begin with due to the price but it’s 1000% worth it! Best chocolate I’ve tasted, unique flavours! Always goes down well with family as gifts or just as a treat for myself indoors! We’ve placed multiple orders between the family, we’ve had bars, collaboration bars (which might I add are absolutely delicious), truffles(again absolutely delicious), eggs! We’ve tried so much and not once have we been disappointed! Don’t let the price put you off, I wish I’d of ordered earlier! But we’ll be ordering time and time again!

Every last morsel of their chocolate is just utterly, utterly divine! I cannot wait to receive my latest order!!! I follow Stef and Aaron on Instagram, you can tell they completely love their job and the company. I look forward to more of your crazy videos and watching your new apprentice Jonny progress as a chocolatier. We should all be supporting small businesses, especially now. I know they have also been donating chocolate to frontline workers during the pandemic too.

First time order was the Collab Eggs with @Whatthefudge, they were amazing also ordered the Toffee Mallow eggs OMG these are the best thing i think ive ever tasted 🤤that mallow is so good .Needless to say im waiting on my next delivery of these and trying the Peanut Clutter bar too .What a great wee find, Steffi, Aaron and Johnny you are hilarious love your stories 😂 keep doing what what you're doing, you got this 🙌 x

My other half suprised me on my birthday with chocolate bars and cereal truffles from The chocolate smiths. Firstly the cereal truffles were just crazy! I wish i had more to eat. The lion bar in particular was my favourite. With regards to the chocolate bars i wasnt sure what to expect. I opened my banana bread bar and just wow. A delicious strong taste of banana comes through whilst taking the delicious milk chocolate and chocolate chips. I feel i need 20 more bars and im more of a savoury person! It was amazing! The brownie bar has a delicious gooey chocolate center also and makes my mouth water just thinking about it. I would gladly pay a little extra for these chocolate bars, help a small business and have some of the best tasting chocolate ive ever had! First time trying and now hooked!

I’ve ordered from the chocolate smiths a few times now and I have to say the customer service is fantastic, I had to change my address after placing a order and both my Instagram messages and email where replied to super quick. If you’re not following them on Instagram you should be, there’s lots of laughs! The chocolate itself is absolutely worth the wait, it’s just so delicious! I’d highly recommend the banging bar and the toffee mallow eggs, these are 2 of my faves. I’m looking forward to seeing what comes next from this super friendly, absolutely amazing small business :)

Amazing tasting chocolate, the limited edition ice cream truffles were honestly the best truffles I’ve ever tasted (and trust me when I say I have tasted a fair few from chocolate companies alllll over!) they’re lovely friendly people who definitely put their heart and soul into everything they do. And also their Instagram is hilarious as they’re both a bit nutty and it never fails to make me laugh! Support small businesses and give them a try!

Great chocolate, awful company. They literally only respond to emails weekly! If you email any other day you get an email saying "hey we're too cheap to hire a minimum wage employee a couple of hours a day to answer emails - we'll get back you when we can be bothered." Okay, maybe that's slightly exaggerated, but they only answer emails one day of a week. What two bit company does that? I had an email saying my order had been shipped on the Thursday. It wasn't collected by Royal Mail until Monday. No indication in the despatch emails that this would be the case, so to me it just looked lost (and since they don't respond to emails what the hell was I supposed to do for a week - at least it turned up!). Finally, when the advent calendar arrived 6 days later ("48 hour delivery" they say), it was damaged, scratched, and half the doors are popping off. Will never order from here again.

Chocolate and customer service are both excellent! I recommend the Cheese and crackers bizarre bar. Waiting on my second delivery now!

Their chocolate is amazing and they are SO friendly and helpful when messaging. Honestly one of the nicest small businesses i have purchased from :) HIGHLY recommend the peanut clutter bar!

Placed an order for three bars from The Chocolate Smiths. Order came within 1 week which is awesome for a small handmade brand like this especially with the rush of the orders. They tasted just as described and they have the most stunning packaging for their bars. Everything was secured nicely in the parcel and no bars were broken! Definitely recommend the Knickerbockerglory!
