Today I spoke to Andrew regarding my monthly payment. I’m on a zero hour contract and was off work for two and a half weeks with Covid. Meaning my monthly salary was very low and I was worried and couldn’t afford to pay my agreed amount. Andrew was extremely supportive and helpful and accepted the reduced payment I was able to pay this month. That has made this whole situation a lot less stressful for me. Thanks so much.
