So far, seem to be the real deal, still an air of worry about the dealing of all creditors accepting the trust deed in full ,but that’s probably due to my own anxiety and stress level as this has been a long painful journey until this point. Vicky , the lady who did my application was very nice, experienced and knowledgeable when explaining the process. Fingers crossed it all works out like it was explained as it will be a massive weight lifted off my shoulders I’ve been carrying for a long time.

It took me a while to get in touch with trust deed but I am so glad I did . They had several options and spoke to a wonderful adviser Peter who explained all of them and together we found the right solution for me. I was not sure what to expect phoning Trust Deed Scotland and very apprehensive at first. However, I couldn't have been more wrong. Our advisor Tommy was such a nice guy, non judgemental and made the whole thing as pain free as possible. If you are burying your head in the sand and forgot about a few debts from years ago like me then a trust deed is the way to go.
