Tracking number shows that my item was being despatched to Royal Mail 24 hour tracked on Friday 7th January 2022. It is now the evening of 12th January and I still haven’t received the delivery. Can you sort this out please?

Poor service. Told item was shipped but nothing arrived and it hadn't even been packaged up at the warehouse. No update and had to chase it myself to find this out. So bad i asked for a refund instead. Won;t be buying from here again....

Very bad ! After 10 days Royal Mail still expect this parcel … and after conversation with advisers told me I need to wait 30 days to get my refund ( I hope ) because company opened claims again Royal Mail 🤔🤔🤔 no comment…. !!!! Never 👎 ordered again never ! Me and my friends..

The order arrived quickly, there were no issues with that. The plastic bag containing my item had a big hole in it though, so the item I had ordered had clearly been opened before by someone else. Let's hope I don't have to return it... Also, I couldn't tell by the way it was packaged if it was safe to put under the Christmas tree in the cardboard packaging it came in. Again the cardboard packaging had come apart though so I could see the invoice inside it...
