Delivery was quick and the item came well package. Had to return due to unwanted gift and the only downfall is you have to pay for your own postage which can be quite expensive due to value of item.

I recently ordered a pair of True Religion Skinny-Fit Tonal Horseshoe Jeans Black. The price was very good as reduced from £140 to £50. The delivery was with Royal Mail and arrived on time. I was absolutely shocked with the packaging as it was the best one I’ve ever seen. I mean it was in a slim strong box and as I opened the packaging the jeans were carefully sealed in a wrapping paper with their multiple logo visible on the wrapping paper, stating ‘John Anthony’. I was completely shocked as they took due care with the product and it looked like a professional gift wrap. In all the years I’ve bought clothing products on line, the packaging and care has to be the best. I was so pleased with the order that I purchased the same product again as the price was amazing too. The following day I had placed another item online and decided not to go ahead with it as the size was incorrect, so therefore rang customer service and explained what had happened. The staff member was very professional and dealt with my enquiry straight away and reassured me that the order had been cancelled and a refund would arrive back into my account within 2-3 days. I would therefore strongly recommend purchasing items from John Anthony.
