I would give king koil and Harvey Norman zero stars if it was possible. Bought a mattress in Harvey Norman Cork in Ireland and paid over 3000 euro euro for it. Mattress came with a 10 year warranty but within 2 years the mattress has collapsed on both sides leaving a hump in the middle of the bed. They bed is nw so uncomfortable it can no longer be used. Harvey Norman sent out an assessor who told me on the day there was an obvious fault and he could see it but that was not the report he submitted. I said this to Harvey Norman and they are refusing to stand over the poor quality mattress the sold me because of his report. I spend a lot of money in Harvey Norman and this will be the last time I shop there. Take my advice and spend your hard earned money in another store who actually care about their customers. More importantly don't waste your money on king koil products, their warranty is useless.

Purchased a split head king. It is the worst mattress we have ever had. We’ve had it for 9 months now so it is broken in. It’s so uncomfortable. We tried every firmness level and it is very hard. Haven’t had a good night’s sleep since we bought it. Paid over $7000 for it so stuck with it. Really horrible.

I recently ordered this mattress for holiday guests as there was limited bed space at my home. Unfortunately, the bed arrived late, was damaged as it would not inflate properly, and extremely uncomfortable. It was very inconvenient as I am disabled and had to drive two hours to return the damaged bed. King Koil factory packs their mattresses and they refused to provide a box big enough for the return. This was a nightmare as I had to hunt for a box big enough for this mattress in order to return it. To add insult to injury, it will take over two weeks to receive my refund. I would never do business with this company again!

We have an adjustable frame and decided to switch from two twins to a king. We stayed with the same style through King Koil. The new king mattress arrived yesterday. I kept smelling something awful but, couldn’t figure out what it was. It’s the mattress. I am not talking about the chemical smell that seems to accompany all new mattresses upon arrival. This mattress smells like barnyard and body odor. Upon closer inspection, it appears that the legally required tag has been sewn into a used mattress. I am so disgusted. I emailed customer service and they have not responded.

This company also sell air mattress beds and has a 1 year warranty. You have to register the purchase at their website. Every few days, you have to pump more air into it because it slowly deflates. Trying to contact King Koil Customer Support for a replacement is a nightmare-No one answer the phones or respond to emails. You are forced to purchase another bed. Terrible Customer Service😡

I bought a bed from Huck Finn's Warehouse for around $1200. When I bought this bed, I presumably thought it was a King Koil mattress. You know, the one that has a solid reputation? Made in Ireland? Well, to my ignorance, the King Koil mattress I bought, it was made by Blue Bell Warehouse in East Windsor, Connecticut. This bed has done a number on my spine and I feel Huck Finn's, King Koil and Blue Bell have mislead a host of people. Don't waste your money at Huck Finn's Warehouse because you don't get what you pay for. You get ripped off. I thought I was paying for a legitimate King Koil mattress and I received a Blue Bell mattress instead. They even had the King Koil Logo flyer on the bed, but when you look at the tags on the bed you see Blue Bell mattress and another tag that says KK Crosby mattress. That is a grimy move. Interesting because the date I BOUGHT MY MATTRESS WAS 06/01/2022. BUT I CAN'T GET IT. SO I GUESS I'LL PUT DOWN TODAY.

I purchased a King Koil Grand Opulence NOV 2018. Reason for purchase was that the filling was supposed to be completely natural…wool cotton cashmere. However what Kaymed (the manufacturer) never mentioned was that this ‘natural’ filling was encased in Polyester resulting a ‘hot’ uncomfortable sleep. I wrote to Kaymed but my email was ignored. I would never ever purchase a King Koil mattress as they are being dishonest with their marketing.

I bought a queen sized King Koil mattress 5 years ago. 4 years ago it started to sag where I slept. I'm the only one sleeping on it and at 55.5kg I consider myself a lightweight. I turned the mattress as directed. Also the weight of the mattress is beyond what my light frame could handle. I had to get my neighbour in to help turn it. The way mattresses are made these days is beyond comprehension as they are so heavy and the depth so big making them a problem to make.

Bought a king coil bed with the Topper on it.the Bed is too tall and the topper makes the bed smaller because you feel like your going to roll off the Edge as the topper isn't supportive. Very disappointing as we can't afford to change it.

This is the worst service I've every received. They have the most difficult customer service company obviously based out of the country. They canceled my order once I ordered. In spite of keeping my money for a week, I attempted to re-order and each time they returned my call, their phone system didn't work. Finally upon reaching an operator, you could only understand half of what he said, and he seemed disinterested in helping. Run from this company!!!!!

I purchased two mattresses in December 2015 for Rs. 25,700. They came with a 10-year warranty for spring repairs. However, the springs started breaking within a year. I decided to claim the warranty once more springs had broken. When I finally needed their service to claim the warranty after eight years, I was informed that the warranty was pro rata, which meant I'd have to pay Rs. 22,000 plus transportation costs. I advise everyone not to trust a warranty that requires additional payment when claiming it.

We have had the king coil spinal pillow top mattress a few years but were never really happy as our backs kept aching. .but putting it down to old age ( us). I had to order 4 scaffolding boards then cut them to size, and used pillows under it to stop the side just dipping. It is madness When I looked up the shop in Wrexham we bought it from, they no longer sell it. In fact, I cant see it anywhere now on mainland. Funny that. So glad to have read these reviews. Never again. Will go for EVE mattress as Which?recommends that one.

Really disappointed with this product and customer after service. I have a king koil grand elegance 4000 spring mattress bought from comfort beds in ballybrack for over €2000. I have had the mattress just over 1 year. My issue with it was sagging. I weigh 100kg and I now sleep in a hole. In the morning after a nights sleep I feel like I have to climb out of the bed as the sag in the mattress is so deep. I find it very hard to turn during the night as I am stuck in a hole. I have been putting pillows under the mattress too try stop the sagging. I got on to Comfort beds from Alan who didn't want anything to do with it they referred me to king koil head office in Kilcullen. They sent it an inspector. The guy doesn't sleep in the bed so how is he going to know??? The measurement came back fine ( funnily enough!!). I received a letter back to say that the mattress was fine and that was the end of the matter. I spent 2000 euro on a mattress because I wanted something that was supposedly decent quality. This is far from the reality. I thought with the 10 year warranty their wouldn't be an issue in returning it or replacing it but I was very wrong. Interesting that you can't review king koil on their website and looks like the only place you can put up a review is trust pilot in India! That should tell you enough about this company. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. AVOID. I would be delighted to hear from you again you have all my details. Geoff McEvoy

The mattress is firm but in less than two years the coils are noisy and interfere with my sleeping. The mattress was turned as indicated but there is a depression in the mattress where the person sleeps

An Expensive Mistake. Myself and my husband paid over €1200 euro for a King Koil mattress. It has been a disaster. There is no side support, sagging and you nearly roll off the bed during the night. It takes some time for the poor quality to become apparent and you are outside the warranty. Unfortunately it is what we are stuck with for the time being.

Inspite of Buying a Mattress Worth 3.5 lac we are Not Provided with a Simple cover or anything to protect the Mattress while the Rest of the House is getting done. On calling the Ahmedabad Branch of Raiff Aerodrape on SG highway them they Simply refused.

Read the reviews on here and i can relate. Bought a superking King Koil mattress from a reputable bed shop in Belfast. It cost £1000. After 8/9 months the mattress has sagged at both sides and there is a mound in the middle. I have been rotating the mattress and hoovering it. But definitely not making any difference. My wife and i wake every morning in pain from this matress. We are now having to replace it. AVOID. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

We bought the Extended Life King Koil mattress and after only 4 months the mattress have hollows on it on each side we have been sleeping on. We have been turning it as explained in the shop but the quality of the mattress is really poor. We called to have it replaced and their response was that there is no manufacturing fault and the mattress settling is normal. I am so disappointed we paid 1,400Eur for a mattress which after only four months is ready to be replaced. I have never had such bad mattress. Save yourselves the money and the hassle do not buy King Koil mattresses

If there was a choice of zero star, I would have chosen. We bought an "Extended Life Support 5ft" King Koil from EZ Living in Dublin 24 store, it turned out to be a complete disaster, we had nothing but trouble with this so called good quality mattress. 6 months after using the mattress we realised it's not a firm mattress as we were promised at the time of purchase. It not only formed our body shapes, but also creating uneven surface in the middle of the bed, causing us a lot of back pain due to the uneven surface. Although we were turning our mattress once a month, it made no difference. We had the warranty card, so we phoned the seller about the problem. They arranged a so called inspector to check, then we were told there is nothing wrong with the mattress, the problem was our bed. Since then we had been back and forth with the issue few times with them. Up to very recently, the sent another worse off technician to inspect my bed, and he repeated the same rubbish. Well I should have known this is their way to grab people's money. The seller EZ living has the worst customer service, and the King Koil makes the worst mattress but charges the highest price. Just like several other customers reviews mentioned it's an absolute waste of money to buy their mattress and a total scandal to cheat people's money this way. Shame on them!

DO NOT BUY A KING KOIL. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY HAD A INSPECTOR COME OUT TO LOOK AT MY MATTRESS (3rd one all faulty) TO SAY IT WAS FINE. THE MOUND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BED AND SAGGING ON BOTH SIDES, APPARENTLY NOT VISIBLE TO HIM. I EVEN OFFERED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE TO GET ANOTHER MATTRESS. (Although I shouldn’t have to, 3 faulty mattress in 8 months) BEEN CALLING ALL WEEK. NO RETURN PHONE CALLS. JUST IGNORED. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS IM GOING THROUGH. I JUST WANT A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP!
