I spent over £20 on chocolate for my grandchildren’s Christmas tree. The parcel didn’t arrive then I received an email from Royal Mail saying my address was unidentified, found out that the wrong number was on the package even though my correct address was on my account. When I rang the company I was more or less told it was my error! I can’t prove that I typed the right address so had to accept this from customer service. Then I was told that they would let me know when the parcel comes back to them I would need to pay another delivery charge over the phone. Also got told that my invoice/ receipt had the wrong address and could have query this at time of purchase, unfortunately I didn’t pick this error up and told customer service the typing was so small it was hard to read and I’m a pensioner again blamed me for the error. I’m not impressed and am out of pocket by nearly £25 no goods or refund. I have managed to intercept my parcel and have now received it! I am pleased with the product!

Order dealt with speedily. Items arrived quickly. They were well packaged, so no damage. Chocolate not tasted as gifts.

Easy to order, quick ( standard) delivery, and one of the very few places I have found real chocolate vermicelli rather than chocolate flavoured sugar rubbish. Well recommended.

Fast delivery and good products

Speedy delivery and good choice of boxes. Only issue was the lack of chocolate percentages that I have used in the past to meet my wife's tastes.

All good! The chocolate cars were just right for table gifts. They arrived in about 3 days. Had been wrapped very carefully to go through post.
