The products ordered were packed really well , promptly and delivered on time. We used Royal Mail standard service which was good. The range of chocolates were really good and am looking forward to placing our next order.

ordering was Clear and simple no issues. Order came in time only problem was DPD did not leave package as they said I was not in which was not true as the address was a school and we were open. Anyway they delivered to another address the next. But this was not Chocolate Trading company s fault. I will buy from you again

I have still not received the chocolate order delivery despite paying for next day delivery. I did have a text from the courier on Friday to say ' sorry we missed you'. Again no delivery on Saturday nor text. If it us not delivered on Monday, can you refund payment and remove me from your database. I will buy directly from Callebaut in future.
