This cocoa powder is a great product. The service is excellent. The delivery is prompt. The web site is easy to navigate. With the rebrand the packaging has improved so that the 5kg bag is now resealable.

I’ve purchased chocolates from them twice now as a gift, and both times they arrived safely and in perfect condition. Their prices are fair, and while I sadly haven’t been able to try the chocolates myself, I’ve heard that they are delicious! They send a confirmation email, and you also get sent an invoice and an email from the shipping company (which you can also give information about the delivery if it can be left somewhere).

We paid for a Saturday delivery but the package was not delivered until Monday morning. No apology or reason given. Following the initial review the delivery charge was refunded.The Prosecco and chocolates we ordered were excellent.
