Chocolate Trading Company were quick to despatch my items but sadly, despite paying for next day delivery, the delivery company used delivered to the wrong address! The delivery company were unhelpful when contacted. Jonathan at Chocolate Trading company was helpful and arranged for collection and redelivery. However the delivery company failed to do this and the goods were eventually found by an elderly neighbour in her shed which she did not regularly use.

An order was made on-line and the next day a call was received to advise 1 of the products was not available. An alternative was offered and order was received in the Channel Islands 3 days later. Will definitely use again
